DON'T RENT FROM DTN THEY ARE BACK STABBERS AND DON'T EVEN TREAT THEIR 12 YEAR TENANTS REASONABLY. I spoke with Melanie Zimmerman in the Corporate Office to discuss why I'm not being renewed for the 2425 year lease after 12 years as a tenant always paying my rent on time 143 times out of 144. She falsely stated because of a letter I had written to a resident. I stated it must be a mistake because I haven't written any letters to a resident. She refused to tell me any info about what the letter I supposedly wrote SAID IT WAS. read more
